The refs don't review a 3 pointer and determine that Green was out of bounds, they probably win the game. It was essentially a coin flip game at the end, and the Jazz didn't make plays. They had their chances and it just didn't happen for them.

It was still a bad no call, but Jazz had a number of chances to put away the game earlier.
