Bad take. All coaching, huh? Coaches turned off their brains for Toledo and USF and then turned them back on for Boise
and Utah St. Hmm. That’s a mystery. Wilson has better mechanics, better potential and more talent. BUT, Romney is a gamer and seemingly a better leader. It factor is hard to measure in sports.
Maybe the play calling approach improved for the games Romney played... but he certainly didn’t play lesser competition. He beat teams that Wilson likely would not have based on his trend at the time.
