Simple read offense. It’s predicated on 1 read with maybe 1 check down. It works because of Zach moss. Utah isn’t asking Huntley to pick apart defenses- they’re asking him to manage the game and not turn the ball over- which is why a 1 read offense with a qb like Huntley is smart. If the play breaks down they can bank on him throwing it away or running it if he has the room to do so safely
