than just using straight FPI as I believe it's a more accurate measure of where teams should be ranked based on actual game results. The only change I made this week is giving some added weight to the Strength of Record and Adjusted W/L components. In reality it didn't do much to change the rankings but I feel by making that small adjustment it makes things more accurate w/ where teams deserve to be placed. How it changed the top 25 is as follows:

Georgia moved up to 4 pushing Alabama down to 5
Wisconsin dropped from 10th to 12th allowing Florida and Baylor to each move up a single spot.
Cincinnati moved up to 18 and Appalachian St dropped to 19
Washington dropped from 24th to 26th allowing Boise St and Navy to both move up a spot.

In my opinion those changes all make some intuitive sense, and without getting into the nitty gritty details, the only real impact is to those who were extremely close in the rankings anyways at which point record compared to SOS (which is what both SOR and Adj W/L both measure) becomes the de facto tiebreaker of sorts.

I will add that I didn't adjust the weights until I found something that gave me results I was looking for. I simply decided to add additional weight to a value that all along I felt was more important and since there was no crazy differences and the results ended up looking more like what I would expect I decided to go ahead and keep it.
