For the HC, yes, but for assistant coaches, its very unstable. Having to move

every few years. Your job is not only dependent on a bunch of 18-23 year old kids you coach, but also on the HC, who can get fired at any time, and you are left in the cold. Once you get to HC or high paid coordinator, I agree, but assistant coaches have a very unstable job
