He took a 14-1 team and ran it into the ground, getting only 6 wins the following year. And don't even get me started on his first few seasons!
It seems more than a bit hyperbolic to state a coach who has won two bowl games in 3 years and will be favored to win a 3rd one this year after improving his record the past two years isn't fit for coaching college football.
I still have some issues with Kalani. He's been slow to learn some lessons, but seems to be improving. Extending him was the correct decision. We'll see what his eventual legacy is.
