So there are 2 points here: Utah had about 4 guys that would have been top 4 round kids that came back this year, so yes they came back and to a player all have improved there stock and will make a lot more on their initial contract than if they had left. 

The second point is kind of like Erik Mika when he left. Does Tonga feel like the staff is going to help him make that move. Probably can look at his FR year to now and see how much he's grown and whether or not sticking around another year would add value and if he's in for another year of schooling.  I think that's the bottom line for him.
