Sadly, privacy is dead. I hate to admit that, but in this digital age
we surrender a lot of privacy when we agree to sign up for all sorts of things.
Your best shot is to shut down all electronics and move to a cabin in the woods.
Some formats allow you to report ads or ask that they don't show them to you again, but you're just gonna get targeted by something else...
