It may be true that taxpayer funds don't directly fund abortions provided by PP, but because PP receives these funds for its other operations it is able to fund abortions on its own

It may be true that tithing funds don't directly fund the UU, but since the Church receives tithing contributions it is able to fund entities like the UU because tithing funds have been invested.

(I'm sure that many many years ago the Church passed a point in which tithing itself did not fund investments, investments fund further investments. But the original source of the Church's wealth had to start from somewhere and I'm pretty sure that was from tithing)
