I'm optimistic but struggling to buy in on this team - there is just no height
and no inside presence. They have a good number of shooters but seem to struggle to get open shots.
At the end of the day, without Yoeli for the first nine games I don't see BYU get enough quality wins to compete for an at-large bid and I don't see BYU doing better than 3rd in the WCC. Best case scenario is hoping for a home NIT game and a few fun games like the Houston game last week.
