The stronger the pedigree and longer the history, the more schools that see you as their rival, it seems.
And that makes sense. It takes time and victories to make enemies.
And it’s easy to continue to hate someone who keeps winning and forget those who no longer threaten you or invoke jealousy.

Exactly. And I honestly think a lot of Utes picked CU because they don’t want to admit BYU is a rival anymore.
