Chairs are very low, they're all doubles-like love seats, the seats slope forward and they're upholstered with some kind of vinyl or plastic. 

Everyone in the room is talking about how hard it is to stay on the seat and how difficult it is to get up from such a low seat. 

Who designs this stuff? It couldn't be more uncomfortable for people waiting.
