I'm sad to hear of this news. His name caught my eye while browsing the board today.  If I recall correctly, I met him during my freshman year at Helaman Halls (85-86). I didn't know him that well but knew him through interacting with mutual friends at the Cannon Center. I remember that he was a very humble guy.
