I smoke dinner every Sunday on it. My wife wasn’t very happy when I bought because she said I didn’t have time to use it. I told her I would do Sunday dinners every week and she loves it now. Ribs, beer can chicken, steaks, salmon, brisket, pork shoulder, a whole ham. I did a turkey on Sunday since we were going out of town for Thanksgiving. It’s an easy grill to use and the Pit Boss brand pellets can be bought at Walmart. I’m planning to smoke two slabs of baby back ribs after church on Sunday!
