I prefer it the way it is with the amateurs having 15 and pros with spot foul.

I think both rules fit the leagues. NFL is much more likely to make a catch than NCAA

I just feel like 15-yards is a weak penalty, if a defender is about to be burnt, on a long bomb, just tackle the dude...
