They want to and can be the big dog. Not everybody is suited for it. The things that make people really like him are often not found in many leaders as it’s hard to make tough decisions and have people still like you. It’s hard to see your team/organization fail (lose a game they should win) and take all responsibility without being passive aggressive and then, being able to analyze why the failure occurred and what needs to be done to ensure those types of failures don’t happen again.
