If it was a 27-24 loss I agree with what you are saying, sometimes you just get beat. But when you only put up 3 points vs an opponent like this, it’s not just oh well we got beat. It’s why didn’t the coaches do anything or change anything up to try and generate some scoring? They kept the same guys in, they ran the same stuff, and they kept guys who had performed before out of the lineup and then didn’t have a valid explanation after the game for why. That’s why there is an issue . If you take your QB out for a possession or two in the third qtr to try and spark the offense or at least let him observe what is going on, or you use backs that had success recently to try and spark the running game, or even call something new you put in the game plan this week, even if it doesn’t work just to try and spark the team. But none of this happened, and the explanation after just didn’t make sense.
