I’m sure there’s some psychology study that’s been done on the subject mean
Jerks was a bit hyperbole but It just seems the good coaches are more toward that personality teaching type than the buddy, nice friendly loving type.. I agree there’s different ways to motivate and it depends on the people being motivated as well
