he actually has little to no idea what is going on until well after the game is done, when he can then "watch the film" and "fix it". Hiring Sitake was a mistake. Extending his contract, after what we have seen in the past four seasons, was gross negligence at best. Sitake is a great salesman with a terrible product. We want to believe what he is selling, but it's just more below average junk.
