Here's how I see the CFP selection process going
For the sake of simplicity, I'm going to assume that Clemson, Ohio St., and Utah all win their conference championship games.

In that scenario, if Georgia beats LSU, then I think both Georgia and LSU make the playoffs along with Ohio St. and Clemson (regardless of margin of victory in any conference championship game).

If LSU beats Georgia, then I think margin of victory in the other conference championship games will be a big factor in who gets the fourth spot behind LSU, Ohio St. and Clemson.

If Oklahoma beats Baylor by an equal or greater margin than Utah beats Oregon, then I see Oklahoma getting the nod.

If Utah beats Oregon by a greater margin (at least a touchdown more) than Oklahoma beats Baylor, then I see Utah getting the nod.

If Baylor beats Oklahoma but Utah beats Oregon by an equal or greater margin, then I see Utah getting the nod.

If Baylor beats Oklahoma by a greater margin (at least a touchdown more) than Utah beats Oregon, then I see Baylor getting the nod.

Keep in mind that, while Baylor is probably intrinsically the least attractive team to the CFP committee, if they beat Oklahoma, they can argue that they beat every team on their schedule (it just took them two tries to beat Oklahoma).
