Obviously the Big East is a basketball conference, but their revenue is probably not much higher than what is allocated to P5 schools for non football TV revenue.

That is a fact. ESPN uses all of BYU's equipment to broadcast our home games.

If you use avg % of revenue as a guide, it's around 80% football, 20% Men's BB.
