IMO, Tuiaki hasn't shown any growth or improvement in the four years he's been here. Instead, he seems to have only gotten more conservative, as if he's just trying to deflect blame and "outrun" the offense to being the least fireable.
Grimes, has been majorly inconsistent. At times has seemed to show great improvement. And at times has looked completely inept. Is he overthinking it? Also, the OL is nowhere near where I thought it would be for having him on staff.
Kalani, has had major culture and consistency issues all along the way. At times, I think he's fixed it and then it'll rear it's ugly head again. He seems overly protective of the defensive coaches and seems to lack some of the leadership/organizational qualities of his predecessor. And we've always heard his best quality was in recruiting but I fear we'll never see the full potential of what we can do there if he can't establish a consistent winner at BYU (and not just barely above 0.500 kind of winner).
