Norma writes her pieces in a completely more positive light than past Trib writers, and the headlines are in turn much more positive-leaning to reflect the content.

The headlines have always been negative because the content was negative. It hasn’t been the same with her. I was skeptical, but gotta give credit where it’s due. She has done a good job in her role.
