I really don't get it. They gave the wee lad a warning for his flopping in the first half...and then rewarded him for doing it in the second half and overtime. 

There were 3 or 4 charges that should have been obvious defensive fouls. That's at least a 6-count swing on the number of fouls - 20 for Utah, 26 for BYU. That puts BYU at the free-throw and Bonus+ earlier. And, the lad who nailed the game-tieing shot would have been on the bench like Haws for the last several minutes of regulation.
