Yeah, it's a clear foul if your feet aren't set and in a defensive position.
Wee lad repeatedly leaned back and to the side, so that he fell back with any contact - OR EVEN NON-CONTACT - and then he would push his feet back to make it seem egregious.
Seriously, the refs GAVE HIM A WARNING for doing exactly that in the first half...then he continued to do it. Instead of giving him a technical foul, or at least a common foul for blocking, they awarded him with SEVERAL charges.
It truly was maddening and a prime example of either ineptitude or collusion.
And, I still can't believe Coach Krrrrstoviak didn't get a technical in the first half for his red-faced yelling at the ref and stepping several feet onto the court while the ball was live. That was another easy technical foul...no-call.
