Well, the economically feasible solution isn’t enforceable by law. It’s just for
humans, in very large numbers, to quit using so much plastic. Eat more fruits and vegetable and other things that don’t need packaging at all, choose products packaged in more sustainable packaging, eat less packaged snacks In the first place, less fast food, etc etc. Then use reusable things for ourselves (Nalgene and cloth grocery bags, etc).

In large enough numbers, we’d make a dent.

But you can’t enforce those large numbers by law all that well. So I guess it’s just up to the twitter mob todo the enforcement for us…

On an individual level, yeah, it’s not make even a small dent.
