The question is if they stay ahead of Penn St or fall below them.
If they stay ahead of Penn St then they'd still likely be in line for the Cotton whereas if they don't then it's the Alamo. Alternative would be something like Georgia beating LSU with the B12 championship coming down to the wire. Utah falls below the B12 loser and the B12 loser gets the Cotton.
