To a point I agree. But it if you overdo it people start to tune you out.
It’s like parents that yell at their kids all the time and it becomes the normal setting. When something bad happens they can’t ratchet up the intensity.
IMO, KWhitt only has fear and disrespect in his motivational toolkit. He can’t do much else.
