Ohio states out of conference win was versus a team that is currently ranked in the top 20 as a way of forwarding an argument for Clemsons strength of schedule. I tuned you out after that. In previous years your argument would make sense, but welcome to this year.

I’m not saying it’s Clemsons fault that their opponents were awful... but it’s also not Ohio states fault that their opponents were good and that they ended up beating several highly ranked teams and having a resume looking much much better than Clemsons.

Clemson has a weak resume (lacking any notable wins) that if you tune out what happened last year you could make a fairly strong case that Georgia has been more impressive than them this year because they have beaten good teams.

Clemson deserves to be in the top 4 if they win out but as the 3rd or 4th team in.

I say to Clemson what I say to Utah... beat ranked teams... beat them in prime time during the regular season. Then I will be impressed. It’s not fair that Ohio state has to roll through several top 20 teams to get to the same place while Clemson gets to tune up playing cupcakes.
