I watch about 13 NFL games each week. Penalties on hits happen too much and it degrades the game.
I'm also annoyed with QBs easily weaving down the field because defenders are too afraid to hit them because of the constant threat of the QB sliding. I'm not sure how to fix that one.

Hits regarding players sliding toward the ground, however, may be reduced if they call a player down when he falls to the turf even without contact. Maybe it wouldn't help.

Hit a QB too high. Flag.
Hit a QB too low. Flag.

I just want fewer of those whether or not they help the team i want to see win.
