Speaking of revisionist....Lavell's legacy is quite a bit more than just a winning percentage, by several orders of magnitude.
It's an impressive coaching tree. It's an impressive trove of national awards like a Heisman, a Maxwell, several Davey O'Briens and Sammy Baughs, a couple of Outland trophies, a ton of consensus 1st team AA's, multiple College HOFers, a boatload of NFL draft picks (multiple 1st rounders) and also awards that some of his formers went on to earn in the NFL like League MVP, Super Bowl MVP, All-Pro/Pro Bowl, NFL HOF, etc etc.
It's ignorant, intellectually dishonest and kind of insulting to try to make the case that Bronco was the equal of Lavell Edwards because Bronco had a similar winning percentage. There's way more to coach Edwards Legacy than just a mere winning percentage
