"Each loser is elevated to a NY6 game because the conference champ is headed to the playoffs. Oregon was playing for the Rose Bowl regardless. Had they never lost to ASU the PAC12 loser would’ve went to the Rose Bowl and the winner would’ve been in the Peach Bowl"
