He's an overall good dude.

He grew up a die hard BYU fan, but couldn't get in. Even after attending the U he was still partially a BYU fan until he managed BYU apartments and decided BYU students are a bunch of entitled brats and turned all in on the U. He claims he managed U apartments as well and they weren't nearly as entitled, but I tend to doubt that part.
