I logged in,

clicked on tickets > Buy Tickets > Football > SoFi Hawaii Bowl. I then get a display of No events/Items available.

If I then log out, go through the same sequence, there is then a blue "Find Tickets" button after I click on the SoFi Hawaii Bowl.

As the original poster said, it has been this way for decades. I've called dozens of times as well, they seem to be incapable of fixing.
