I grew up a few miles south of the University of Utah. Went to numerous games, both football and basketball
cheering for my Cougs as a kid, young man, and college student.
The worst thing that I encountered was yelling back and forth at some drunk guy across one of the divides in the stadium. More hand gestures and shouting really. I don't even think we could hear each other, but just pointing to the scoreboard kind of stuff.
Some of these experiences are getting really hard to believe.

probably not in your case but in 98% of the other cases like these, i'm pretty sure the victim entices it
