Disagree. There are a couple posters whom i dont miss seeing but if they still want to comment or emote on posts they
can. Blocking means you dont have enough mental fortitude to handle them commenting on your posts.
In short Ignoring means you dont see their posts. Blocks means they can see your posts but cant do anything.
Id rather just ignore someone. If anything blocking makes me dislike a person more.
