Penisini probably would have ended up at BYU and who knows about Mika since he originally committed there.
I think we are talking about 2-3 players each year as opposed to 8 or 9, but 2-3 players may have been enough to swing a couple of games BYU’s way, if those guys are Penisini, Covey, Tafua or Simi Moala that could have been enough to make the difference against Toledo and USF, and 9-3 is a lot better than 7-5
