I would argue that it is the boomer generation who has the biggest issues
with sexual harassment and racism in our society. I am way too young to be a boomer.
Hopefully these kinds of issues will die with them. Unfortunately you may be proof that it won't (not necessarily sure of your age but taking a guess.)
At the end of the day, you do you. I hope it works out for you, your career and your family.
