My office used to have a pretty big climbing wall with several bouldering problems in the warehouse for folks to use on break. But in 5 years I had never seen anyone use it.

We were doing some remolding and decided to get rid of it. Out of nowhere people started fighting for the holds. I thought it was weird until I looked them up. Minimum $30 a pop. There was at least $2,000 worth of holds on that wall.
