Engage the e-brake, get in and keep foot on the brake and start it while in 1st with clutch in,
leave foot on brake (so now it's double braked).

Then get someone to lay on the ground (not where they can get ran over though:)) and watch the mounts, or open the hood and watch the mounts.

Foot is still on the brake, slowly let the clutch out and see if engine torque lifts mounts off the frame (may need to rev it slightly) — if so, mount is broken. If so, replace.
