I think I could understand and respect that. I think I could also find a happy time and career with such a company, if my values aligned with theirs.

All that said, I don't know if i fully agree with the coaching restriction. It does unnecessarily limit the applicant pool, and I'm sure there are many folks who don't even apply for the "lower" positions as they feel like upward mobility is limited.
