Horrible customer service.

We had a unit I purchased for my wife and I last xmas. I specifically said we need a commercial model that will handle high monthly mileage. He recommended a model and I purchased it. No questions about costs or anything I took what he said and cost was not an issue.

I paid the upgrade fee to have them deliver and assemble to make sure it was perfect (which took 3 service calls because the guy broke parts)

Well 11 months later the thing is falling apart. Our family together puts about 200ish miles or so a month on it in colder months and 75ish during warm months.

I called to get support. They came out and the guy looked at it and said it looked like it had a lot of wear and tear. I said yea we put a ton of mileage on it every month with all our training. I made the claim proudly. He made a call to someone and came back and said he can't fix it because we voided the warranty because of the mileage. I blew a gasket TBH and told him the story. He said the one I have is expected to average 50ish miles a month. Said honestly most these things don't get used after a couple months.

Luckily I know a couple pro runners who are sponsored by Nordic Track who I called and they got me in contact with some people. They fixed the issue but still recommended I upgrade to one of their real commercial products. I said okay, can you give me some trade in value for this one, less than a year old. He said no we would need to pay full value.

No thanks....we are looking at a woodway or Paloton treadmill now. $2600 in the drain
