I totally did.
It was pretty upsetting. Woke up my 4 year old.
I opened the door and said “can you PLEASE NOT RING MY DOORBELL AT 10:30pm?!?!?”
His response? “I thought you were home alone. You should have asked me to knock in the special instructions.”
“No- I didn’t have to do that. You should be ble to use common sense and not RING A DOORBELL AFTER 9pm!”
“Then next time write it in your order that you prefer a knock.”
“I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU’LL MAKE MORE TIPS IF YOU TRY KNOCKING AFTER 9pm or even 8:30pm. PROMISE.”
“Just put it in the special instructions next time.”
There was a lot I wanted to say after that, but didn’t. I’ve met some cool delivery drivers. But he wasn’t very bright.
I was so upset that I called the store to give them a piece of my mind.

I had a delivery around 12:30am a few weeks back. My home office is next to my porch. I was up working that night
