I think you're trying to say that if Bronco had stayed for another 5 years,

his draft picks in years 10-15 would have been better than they were in years 5-10. I agree with that. To be clear though, that's not really saying much because his draft picks in years 5-10 were abyssal. And his draft picks in years 10-15 aren't that great either. Most years he's getting one player drafted at most.
