Cosic is sort of a wildcard, because even though BYU was a top 10 team often during his career, the tourney was structured regionally, so Cosic's NCAA qualifying teams faced Top 5 teams early (#1 UCLA in the Sweet 16 in 1971, and #5 Long Beach State in the opening round in 1972).
