I always told the not at fault party that my job was to take care of them. Said I would rather treat them right so they didn’t lose 1/3 of their settlement to an attorney. If they ever felt I didn’t treat them right then they could get an attorney. It really set up a positive environment and I made sure I came through on my part. So key is to figure out how good the adjuster is.
This claim is worth a lot of money from a bodily injury point of view.
