it’s not all about football. Tom oversees 19 sanctioned sports programs and a few more club teams. This includes managing Budgets, coaches, players, managers, trainers, office staff, Cougar Club, facilities, compliance, tutoring, television and radio rights, scheduling, logistics in travel, equipment contracts, NCAA and Church audits to list some of his duties. There are more. Now add family and Church responsibilities.

When Bronco left, many on this board cheered Tom’s selection in Sitake. Tom doesn’t conduct practice, go on recruiting trips, call plays.

Tom does hold his coaches to a high moral and performance standard! Tom cares for BYU’s success on and off the field, more than most can comprehend!

He is so approachable and always willing to listen.
