My wife has always said she hates fantasy, but she read Mistborn and LOVED it.

Would she like Stormlight Archives as well? Or are those books totally different in feel and story?

My wife thought mistborn was okay. She doesn't really like fantasy and I know she would not have the patience to tackle

Doesn't answer your question but I'm listening to The Reckoners series and have loved it. Might try Mistborn next.

We listened to the reckoners series on a road trip to/from UT-CA this summer and my wife and kids really enjoyed it
