But if we could control the weather... it would literally be, world changing.

Who wouldn't want perfect growing seasons, and the ability to turn deserts in to more farm land.

How else could you get the consent of the people to change the land except through some sort of government.

Obviously we shouldn't be playing around over population centers, but if it ever becomes possible to literally control the weather it would be a massive change for humanity.
