Here's my obligatory weight loss advice post for the day. Any diet will work if it helps you consume fewer calories
than you burn. It doesn't matter if that is Atkins, keto, paleo, counting macros, or just counting calories.

The most important important thing is to find a lifestyle you can sustain that lets you continue that deficit.

If you don't have the time or don't trust yourself to count your own calorie/do your own meal prep there are a lot of meal prep companies out there that will make the food for you and ship it to your house.

There are also plans like cleansimpleeats that are like a cookbook that will tell you how to prepare the meals for your specific calorie needs.
